[Gvsig_usuarios] buffer-JGTools

Olá;
Fui fazer um pequeno teste com JGTools com ferramenta Buffer e me deu o
seguinte erro. Alguém pode me ajudar. O Shp é de ponto.
Testei com gvSIG portátil de 32 e 64 em Windows 10-64
Lista de erro abaixo.
