[Gvsig_english] trouble with EPSG 2154 and 27561

Hi,

sorry, I didn't remember a easer way. When you load the vector layer in 
the different RS, you have the option of define the original RS of this 
layer in the "Add" dialog. Once defined the original RS, when you add 
the layer it will be reprojected, after giving a warning advise.
