[Gvsig_english] Re gvSIG 2.0 stabilization. Call for testers.

Hi,

Sorry for the silly question, but how am I supposed to install 2.0 for testing? The online installer in [1] creates just a bare skelaton of gvSIG with no functionalities. Could it be because I am behind a proxy?
