[Gvsig_english] Re gvSIG 2.0 stabilization. Call for testers.

Hi Jukka.

Is not a silly question at all. We usually have an all-included
distribution called "standard" but in this build is not available so I
should have included some instruccions. Here you are (see below).

Installing the gvSIG 2.0 "online" distribution.

Option #1: install from URL
1. Download the installer (.bin for Linux, .exe for Windows).
2. Within the installation, select the option "install from URL".
3. Select the proposed (defoult) URL and continue the installation.

Option #2: install from file
1. Download the installer (.bin for Linux, .exe for Windows).
2. Download the packages file (.gvpks).
3. Within the installation, select the option "install from file".
4. Select the .gvpks file and continue the installation.
