[Gvsig_desarrolladores] crear plugin no importa en eclipse

Yo también estoy atascado en ese punto.
He hecho lo de seleccionar, por ejemplo, "org.gvsig.visor" del
PackageExplorer, luego en Run/External Tools/External Tool Configuration,
filtro por mvn eclipse-eclipse y Run
Resultado:

Ni idea de que puede ser.  ¿Alguna idea? ¿Alquien lo solucionó?
