[Gvsig_desarrolladores] crear plugin no importa en eclipse

Yo también estoy atascado en este punto
Hago lo de seleccionar, por ejemplo, "org.gvsig.visor" de l Package
Explorer, luego en Run/External Tools/External Tools Configuration y filtro
por mvn eclipse-eclipse y Run;
Resultado:
