[Gvsig_english] Third gvSIG version 0.5 (unstable) is available in the web

The third distribution of gvSIG 0.5 (unstable) is now available to download. It
solves a problem with raster layers in Windows XP and grouping of layers. These
problems were brought in the list of users. 

This new version can be downloaded in
