[Gvsig_english] Document installing gvSIG on linux

Hi all,

Thanks for the new good documentation. In the document "Installation guide",
perhaps It will be interested to said that the jar file must be executable
to run on linux .

To install gvSIG on  Kubuntu, right-clic on the jar file, choose properties
and check "Is executable" or use *chmod* in script window.
