[Gvsig_english] some wishes: enhancing the digitzing function of gvSIG

Hi Wolfgang and pvmstg.

I think all your requests are really interesting, as usual.
Even I think 1) is already done. In that case it will be released in 
next 1.2 version.

Now, we're going to define a new package of features about CAD. I mean 
advanced or basic CAD tools that gvSIG still doesn't have.

You can be sure that we'll keep in mind all this "wishes". In fact most 
of them are essential for the Conselleria de Infraestructuras y 
Transporte technicians.
