[Gvsig_english] can gvsig connect to distant postgis database

Hi Michael.
I think the reason of this problem may be the ID you have chosen. Did
you use gid?. Selection in postgis layers will fail if the field ID is
not what gvSIG expects.
Anyway, we will have a look.
