[Gvsig_english] gvSIG eclipse plugin

[gvSIG Plugin Support]

I developed a plugin for eclipse to resolve the difficulties of developing
applications on top of gvsig. The work is published here:

It's not open source and it's free for few time. You can access to the
functionality with the following parameters:
user: gratis
password: gratis
