[Gvsig_english] gvSIG eclipse plugin

Breaking the free software chain (and also hiding behind anonymous mailers
and webs) is not in the spirit of the gvSIG project.  There are other ways

I developed a plugin for eclipse to resolve the difficulties of developing
applications on top of gvsig. The work is published here:
