[Gvsig_english] Network pilot extension is now also available in gvSIG 1.0.2

 From the developers team: Thank you very much for your mail !! :-).

Now we are writing developer's documentation, but in the near future we 
will continue the development and we will be happy to know about 
everyone interested in network analysis.
