[Gvsig_english] Building from src [was: Adding WFS layers & visualizing WFS requests]

Hi Michael.

It is not necessary to compile the sources using eclipse to see the 
console messages. If you run gvSIG from a console you will see the WFS 
request on it. If you are running gvSIG on Windows you have also to edit 
the gvSIG.ini file and replace the %JAVA% variable by the route where 
the javaw.exe executable is located.
