[Gvsig_english] Export Polylines to Polygons and Warp

Hi list,
I'm wondering if a tool that exports polylines to polygons exists in
gvSIG, just like the OpenJUMP Polygonize.
I've seen that in Sextante 0.1 there's only a Polygons to Polylines tool,
which is less useful of that mentioned before.
Another question: gvSIG allows to georeference raster and not the
vectorial layer. Is planned to develop a warping tool (including also
affine transformations)? If yes, when will it be available?
