[Gvsig_english] Helping with translations

Hi,

great idea - I proposed to do the same with the German localization to
the gvSIG team, but haven't heard from them since. I think it would be
a really good idea to improve the localizations dramatically for the
next version, especially since the german UI is actually a mixture of
German, English and Spanish elements...
