[Gvsig_english] About CRS extension... (part 2)

Hi list,
i'm wondering if it will be possible to customize a CRS in the future,
useful especially in the case of cadastral maps.
Furthermore, the manual transformations (and so the projection on the fly)
to UTM WGS84 32 and 33N don't work properly in the case of Italian 
Gauss-Boaga Roma40
(EPSG codes: 26591 and 26592). It seems that default transformations
(Sicily? Sardinia?) override the manual one
(+towgs84=-104.1,-49.1,-9.9,0.971,-2.917,0.714,-11.68), which is that
suggested by EPSG for peninsular part of Italy.
Any suggestions?
