First of all, add your ECW layer as File, choosing 'gvSIG Image Driver',
then select/activate it in the Table of Contents and finally you can Export
as raster (Layer --> Export --> Raster). In particular, if you expand
the window of Save raster, you can choose the resolution that you want.
