[Gvsig_english] gvSIG 1.9 (2.0) and MapPublish-extension

Hello Wolfrang,
at the moment the publish extension only works with the current stable 
version, gvSIG 1.1.2.

We hope to migrate the extension to 1.9/2.0 in the future.
