[Gvsig_english] gvsig 1.9 and georeferencing

Well, the libc version is just a blind guess, so far.
Before there can be any solution, we need to establish
whether it is really the problem!

So I was hoping you could just upgrade one Debian box
to a higher libc version -- just to test my hypothesis.

Once we know what the problem is, we can work towards
getting it resolved.
