[Gvsig_english] gvSIG 1.9 alpha: topology function

Hi list,
The new version of gvSIG has these new toplogy functions. Unfortunately, I do 
not know how to use it. If there was a tutorial, I would be most grateful, if 
someone could send me the link to that documentation. The function is also 
only available in Spanish language, which makes it even harder for me to 
understand the whole thing.
