[Gvsig_english] manage fields, floating point

Hi Alvaro,
thanks for your message. So, it is a bug - do gvSIG-developers already know, 
when this can be fixed? I remember another issue when calculating 
integer-values (there's always one decimal digit instead of none). 
If there is a workaround (in this case: to reduce "redundant" decimal digits), 
it would be good to know it. Therefore, I would be thankful for "another" 
message from your side. Then, I will be able to explain it to my colleagues - 
in order to keep them motivated .... ;)
