RES: [Gvsig_english] gvSIG-Manual::translation into German?

Hi Wolfgang,

the tool will be a Plone. The translation of the manual to the different 
languages will be able to be made in this tool. It'll do it easy. We 
want to put it available soon. It'll contain a wiki too where there will 
be documentation of the project, and where users and developers will be 
able to participate.
