[Gvsig_english] Annotation layer, problem when editing it

Yes, it is. gvSIG has problems with 1.6 version of Java, as 1.6 it is 
not 100% compatible with 1.5.
You should try to install gvSIG using the installer tagged as "with 
prerrequisites", which will install Java 1.5, which is the suitable 
version for gvSIG. As far as I know, you don't even need to un-install 
1.6 version.
