[Gvsig_english] Error into access by WFS, ArcIMS, WCS

Hi Alphonse,

gvSIG is not being tested in O.S. Windows Vista, so it's probable you 
find this kind of bugs. We know there are problems with some libraries 
in Vista, which maybe are used when you try this processes.
