[Gvsig_english] windows system language-keyboard - Serbian Cirilic.

Dear Cesar,
 
I want to create. When I type in dbf table it is ok and when I reopen same table I see only question mark.
 
Same problem I have when I give the name of shape and when I want to print paper.
 
I hope so that you now understand my question, and help me if it is possible.
