Exists some design in this route?

Management of features (features, properties, patrimonies, staff,
furniture, spaces, operational costs, layout, equipment) and plus a
series of features that are understood for facilities. Management of
all the jobs destined to the maintenance of the building, the
management of the people and the otimização of the spaces.
