[Gvsig_english] gvSIG standard settings

Hi Wolfgang,

Within the gvSIG Preferences ---> View (from icon or inside Window 
menu), there're some view setting, one of these is "Current Projection". 
After setting them, you must restart gvSIG in order to apply changes.
