[Gvsig_english] gvSIG standard settings

Hi list,
normally I am only working within EPSG 31468 projection, and it would be very nice for me, if it would be possible to set this projection as my default projection. However, I did not find a possibility to set this as standard - is it possible at all? Is there something like a configuration file that can be edited very easy?
