Some are not official at all, I uploaded them, you can find some more
[1]. All of them are recorded in live so is as good as gvSIG gets
under my fingers, they are done with Macintosh, so either in Linux or
windows things should go better.
For mines put agustindiez at youtube
Most are done for teaching purposes and, as consequence, some are too
specific.
There is a creepy (sorry) hub with most of them [3]
