[Gvsig_english] linear symbology

Thanks for the answer

I tested some capabilities

And I think this is exactly what I'm waiting for!!!

But I think there is some bugs when you choose to offset a symbol: the algorithm generate some strange angle or overshoot section depends on the original data geometry.

But the product is really amazing!!

When will be available 2.0 release?

Thanks a lot

Oui :-)

Hi Pierre.

Yes, I think all this can be done with next release of gvSIG. Simbology

has been improved a lot, and although some symbols may not come with

gvSIG default palette, the user will be able to define them.

And of course, if you can develop, or hire someone, any symbol can be added.

You can test some of the new capabilities by trying the development

version of gvSIG:

https://gvsig.org/web/projects/gvsig-desktop/devel/gvsig-2_0/gvsig-2_0_0/

Cheers.

Fran.
