[Gvsig_english] linear symbology

Salut Pierre.

About offset error, yes, it is a bug. We will try to fix it.

About 2.0 release, I don't know. We hope we can start soon the test 
phase, but we don't know how long it will take.
Until then, we are publishing development versions to allow the comunity 
to test and give their opinions.
