[Gvsig_english] gvSIG build 1212 "portable"

Silvio,

I am not 100% percent sure what sort of setup you are after.
Once you installed the gvSIG OADE version, you have a Java 6 VM
and a startup .BAT file in place which take care that everything
is done locally. So I would think that simply replacing gvSIG.exe
and whatever code in the main "gvSIG" Java folder needs updating
should do the trick.
Just make sure to start gvSIG via the .BAT file we supply and adjust
that and gvSIG.ini (if necessary).
