[Gvsig_english] gvSIG and external tables, font-encoding etc.

Hi Wolfgang

Asking to the developer told me that it could be a problem with the 
encoding, gvSIG usually uses UTF-8. But if you want send a piece of the 
table to check it and trying to solve it.
