[Gvsig_english] gvSIG 1.9, build 1230 and spatial join::strange result

Hi list,
I tried to use the spatial join-geoprocess and I think that this function is 
not working properly at the moment. I have two source files:
a) address file (point)
b) polygon file that contains districts (names of ~)

I wanted to add the information "name of district" to the address layer. 
However, the result is not correct. Quite some points that lie for example 
inside district A got the information of other districts, etc. Really 
strange.
Then, I did the same thing with gvSIG 1.1.2 - the result was much better then. 

Is it a know issue that this geoprocess is not working properly in the current 
unstable release?
