[Gvsig_english] gvSIG 1.9, build 1230 and spatial join::strange result

Hi Wolfgang

As you said the geoprocess doesn't work properly yet, some times it 
links some element not which it's inside but with one of the besides.

If you need to do something similar you can intersect the point whith 
the poligons an the join the result to the poligons file.
