[Gvsig_english] Debian package for gvSIG-1.9RC1

Hello,
a Debian Package of the first release cadidate of gvSIG-1.9 has been
built. It should be compatible with any distribution based on Debian 4
or higher (ie. Ubuntu). 
There are two binaries, one is compatible with GRASS formats.
You can download them at
https://gvsig.org/web/plugins/downloads/debian-releases/releases/1.9.0 

You should also keep in mind that these binaries are not official
releases.
