[Gvsig_english] Unable to install the gvSIG's builds because of lack of permissions

I would add another view from the OA Digital camp, but with my CIO hat on - a formal installer is often needed for those deploying software onto multiple machines in a semi-automated way as in common in larger organisations. So for those people an installer that does not make registry changes or install in a way that is easily accessible to any user on a computer (and therefore not installable without admin rights) would be unacceptable. So there may need to be two installers...
