In my opinion, noone make any problem when you use various dialogs to make
tutorials... (microsoft too allow we do it with their softwares
http://www.microsoft.com/france/permission/copyrgt/cop-img.htm#screenshot
- sorry it's in frence);
Because tutorials are to explain how it's work, you don't dirty the
author's image, not for criticise, you help for use the soft! moreover
when it's for formation, and for free.
It's difficult to know what you can do or not with all of différents
possibilities you have now...
So, I think, when you create tutorials, you have two choices:
- ask for have permission
- receive a mail where author say to you "remove the resources of your Web
site".

In my own, it's specify when you don't have to do copies of srceen in
copyrights.
All of this is only what I THINK!

So! nothing with before but congratulation for work of the developpers in
the version 1.9, which have no real bugs, and very nices functionalities!
I like this one!
