Hi Simon,

(sorry for my approximative English)
After our discussion about rights in copying screen shots in order to
write courses, I don't know for Australia, but in France we have "code de
la propriété intellectuelle" what ,
and that say (sorry for approximative translate and, I'm not jurist, only
try to give a part of response) :
For teaching, make support for formation, when a product is published, you
can use part of this work as illustration to make support, and you have to
put explicitly the source of the product...
Again, sorry for translation if it's not exactly the same in French, and
it's only a part of the text!!

So for my support, when my title is help for GvSIG 1.9, and only to help
with moreover don't earn money or criticise a software, you can use
screenshots (in France but I thing you have similar text of law in each
state of the world, isn't it?).
I hope what I say give you some help in your work,
Best regards,
