[Gvsig_english] Auto labeling (thought on added functionality)

Hi,

When two complex polygons occur next to one another there is a potential 
that automatically generated labels can overlap.

If the program knows that the extent of two labels overlap, it should be 
able to progressively offset the labels until they do not overlap 
anymore. I presume this would only be done by incrementally shifting the 
X and Y coordinates.
