[Gvsig_english] v1.9 alpha on Ubuntu 8.10

Hi Colin,

I see two problems:

(1) You should not need sudo to run gvSIG. When you install gvSIG, it
should install in your home directory.

(2) The entry is 

AWT_TOOLKIT="MToolkit"

without the word "export", and goes in /etc/environment, not
bash.bashrc.
