Camille,

I am using two solutions for that:

1. Export to PS (postscript) and import it into an image software like
Photoshop or Gimp (free-open source), and then save it as jpg, png, tif etc.

2. Install the ImagePrinter (open source, you can find it in
http://sourceforge.net/projects/imageprinter/). It works like a windows
printer. In printer properties (windows), you can set it to best quality
(600x600 dpi). It also has an "options" aplication wich allows you
choose the file format (BMP, PNG, JPG, TIF and PDF) and the output folder.
ImagePrinter allows you print to image from any windows application.

Regards,

Evemar
