[Gvsig_english] FTP server down?

Hi all.

It's a quite strange problem.

As Joseph says (thank you) in the main time you can get it via http. In 
fact all the ftp links are available via http. You only have to change 
"ftp" to "http".

We'll try to fix it on monday.
