[Gvsig_english] WMS "EXCEPTIONS=XML" parameter

Dear members,
 
I'm having problems pulling layers from a WMS. The WMS provider has
found that:
 
"gvSIG adds the 'EXCEPTIONS=XML' parameter onto the WMS request query
string.  The server is rejecting the request because the value "XML" is
not a valid value for the EXCEPTIONS parameter as defined by the OGC
spec and the capabilities document for the request".
 
Can anyone help with this? Thanks in advance.
