[Gvsig_english] Version 2

Hi Bruce,

as Sergio has told you, gvSIG 1.9 is available from 
https://gvsig.org/web/projects/gvsig-desktop/devel/gvsig/1-9-0/version.

About the problems in gvSIG 2.0, its testing hasn't been started 
completely. The version that is being fixed now is gvSIG 1.9, and the 
first release candidate will be soon. You can check it, but for working 
sure I recommend you to use the current stable version (gvSIG 1.1.2) 
instead of gvSIG 1.9 or 2.0.
