[Gvsig_english] gvSIG 1.9 Release Candidate

Dear users,

such as we informed you two months ago, the estimation of the first  
Release Candidate of gvSIG 1.9 publishing would be around July 27th.  
Following these projections, the build candidate to be published at  
the following days is available with the development versions [1] at  
this moment. The errors that have been considered importants for this  
first RC ("Bugs corregidos en esta version" section) have been fixed,  
and the testing cycle is been finished, so if any important error is  
detected it'll be the version to be released, starting its  
stabilization process.
