[Gvsig_english] gvSIG lists maintenance has been finished

Dear users,

gvSIG lists are now available again. We remember you that from now the  
e-mails must be sent to the following addresses:

- User list:  gvSIG_usuarios at listserv.gva.es
- Developers list:  gvSIG_desarrolladores at listserv.gva.es
- International list:  Gvsig_internacional at listserv.gva.es

To make easy the transition, these domains will coexist with the  
previous one for 3 weeks approximately.
