[Gvsig_english] English in Build 1231

Hi Bruce,

Even if you installed gvsig in Spanish you may change the language by 
going to Window-Preferences and then in General-Language select English.
In your case if the programm is really in Spanish you should go to 
Ventana-Preferencias and then in General-Idioma select Ingles.
