Hi Domenico!
We used to work with Eclipse IDE, but NetBeans it's good too, since you can import projects from an ant script.
To do that, only have to Open a New Project Options, then select Java project with existing Ant script (you have to select the src path too and can use the Sun Java Toolkit for CDC Personal Profile). It recovery almost all the eclipse build path,
Some times you have to add others dependencies by hand.
We never have tried to build all gvSIG Mobile with NetBeans but it must be similar.
Import all the gvSIG Mobile projects to the NetBeans workspace, then run the appgvSIGMobile project target deploy-J9 for instance and follow standard instructions to generate CAB installer.
If you use the CDC Tool be sure of boot.jar is added to the VM.
Hope to be useful.
Tell us if you need more help.
Regards.
